PATIENT GUIDE

Registration Desk

  • Registration Time - 8:30 am to 1:30 pm

  • The patient or relatives will be required to fill in the Registration form available in the OPD Registration Counter (Same for Emergency Department)

  • Appointments will be on First come First serve basis for the same date.

Admissions

  • Patients can be admitted round the clock on all 365 days.

  • 150 beds are available for indoor patients at present.

  • There are three categories of patients who may require hospital admission.

    • Patients referred by Emergency Department for emergency admission

    • Patients referred from Doctors of TPA / Corporate

    • Patients referred by the Consultants for Planned admission​

  • The patient or relatives will be required to fill in the give their consent for admission available in the admission counter (next to the OP Department).

  • After admission, one visitors’ pass will be issued.

Visiting Hours

  • Visiting Hours

    • 6:00 am to 8:00 am

    • 11:00 am to 1:00 pm

    • 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm

  • Children below 10 years are not allowed to visit the patient or any of the Intensive Care Units.

  • For patients admitted in ICU, PICU, NICU, Post Operative Ward, visitors are allowed with restricted entry from:

    • 9:00 am to 9:30 am and

    • 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm

Payments

  • The accepted mode of payment is by Cash/U Pay/Credit Card/Debit Card/NEFT.

  • IN CASE OF SURGERY - The estimated cost of surgery may be enquired from the Public Relations Department and must be deposited prior to the day of surgery.

  • PACKAGE TREATMENT - Partial deposit is to be made before commencement of “package treatment”.

Discharge & Billing

  • Patients are discharged round the clock.

  • Patients are requested to settle their accounts against the final bill and collect cash refund (if any) from the Billing & Discharge counter only.

  • Settlement of Bills - The advance paid during the admission and during the hospital stay of the patient is adjusted with the final bill.

  • Enquiry about patient’s interim bill can be made from the Billing & Discharge Counter every day.

  • There is no charge for patient’s food (as per advised by our dieticians).

  • During treatment, if the patient is shifted to a bed of higher category from a lower category or vice versa, all charges for the operations or procedures, etc.  Will be charged as par with the higher category.

  •  At the time of discharge, fully computerized bills are provided with day-wise details of charges incurred.

  • Payments can be made by Cash/U Pay/Credit Card/Debit Card/NEFT. No surcharge is levied on bed charges. No service charge is levied on transactions made through credit cards.

Feedback

  • Patients are requested to give their valuable suggestions in written in the feedback form.
